The sitter- taken in November 2023 this adult emperor penguin watches over the two chicks. In just a few short months these two little ones will be on their own.
Battle of the prairie dogs -
It’s been awhile since my last post… I entered into motherhood and truly underestimated the amount of time moms put in to caring for their babies.
A group of little penguins making their way in from a full day at sea searching for food. These little penguins found in Australia and New Zealand are nocturnal coming in only after dark to their nesting areas.
